How do I enroll in North America Camping Club?
You can enroll by following any one of these three easy steps:
A. You can join online using the form found on this site.
B. Call 1-866-885-6222 and one of our friendly and professional Customer Service Representatives will be happy to take your call and get your started camping the “NACC” way.
C. Download the membership application, complete and mail it to our office with a check or money order (U.S. Funds only).
What is the Reservation Account?
To travel in the North America Camping Club system you must activate your Reservation Account.
Why do I need to maintain a balance of $25 in my Reservation Account?
The Reservation Account also acts as a security deposit for the $25 "No Show" fee.
How do I check my membership status?
You can call Customer Service on 1-866-885-6222, from 9AM – 9PM East Coast Time, seven days a week, to check the status of your membership and your Reservation Account or email your inquiry to customerservice@northamericacampingclub.com.
How do I gain entrance into my North America Camping Club parks?
Upon arrival, simply present your membership card at any North America Camping Club Park.
Are Reservations required?
Reservations are required to receive a rate of up to 50% off of the participating parks published nightly rate and can be made up to 60 days in advance.
Can I make reservations online?
You can now make your reservation requests online and North America Camping Club will email your confirmation number.
How do I obtain a replacement card?
You can call Customer Service on 1-866-885-6222 and request a replacement card. There is a $5 fee for each additional card.
How do I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership at any time prior to the expiration by calling Customer Service on 1-866-885-6222 with a credit card or mail a check or money order to: North America Camping Club P.O. Box 150 Valentines, VA 23887. You can also renew online by logging in to your account.
Can I order additional directories?
You can order additional directories by calling our Customer Service. The fee for each additional directory is $20.
How do I enroll in Emergency Road Service?
You can enroll by calling Auto Club of America on 1-800-411-2007 or online through the link provided on our site.
